CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments require a non-refundable deposit to be confirmed. 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. 10-minute grace period. Arrivals over 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may incur a 50% fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may no longer be eligible to book future appointments.
